Your installers proved to be very professional and conscientious to produce the best work. They notified us immediately of potential problems with layout and substrates (such as walls out of plumb for instance) that would have affected their work. Even though the problems were the result of work by others, they provided us with solutions and corrected the discrepancies in order to provide the best possible results to meet our expectations.
